East of Eden (1955)

James Dean...who couldn't love a film with James Dean. East of Eden is my all time favourite James Dean film his character, the loner, recluse boy trying to get some adoration from his father why ultimately finding an unintentional love in the end mmmmmm just dreamy. Anyway my point is it is still a great film and James Deans breakthrough film, I mean without this film he wouldn't have been in rebel without a cause o.O or giant...noooooo so we must be eternally grateful to this delight of a film.

First here is an incredibly brief plot. Cal Trask (dean) is a loner who believes he is against the world he is trying to gain the adoration of his father. He finds his estranged mother and manages to fall in love with his brothers fiancĂ©e. What will happen next, when it all comes crashing down.
Now people, it's time for the rate wooo-hooo!!!
My fellow public I think it would please you to know that I, yes I the writer of this blog rates East of Eden a......................8 out of 10 YAY (applause).
